We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced GBS PMO manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position will have direct responsibility for managing projects independently, as well as supporting of the Program Management Office with special emphasis on Project Governance & Control, including budget and schedule. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Managing GBS Transformation projects end to end, from initiation to closure.
Setting up and maintaining appropriate project governance and controls, such as scope change management, risk/issue management, financial and KPIs tracking, resource allocation, timely escalation and regular updates, etc.
Support Group / Programme Lead or Head to review and control project budget, schedule and scope.
Producing status reports to tracking projects overall progress.
Managing interactions with multiple project stakeholders on various locations and multiple backgrounds.
Participating in gate reviews or steering meeting, including preparation of gate reports, peer review of gate reports and managing and addressing actions arising from gate reviews.
Bachelor’s degree required and 5 years project management (end to end) experience
An excellent command of project office disciplines (Scope, Budget, Resource, Quality, Issue and Risk Management), project management qualification is a plus.
Experience using MS Project Plan on a multi-country multitask level. Including Resource planning, experience of using Project Now is a plus.
Experience of working to tight timescales within a multi-disciplined project team and experience of customer focused delivery of technically challenging projects to time and cost.
Experience in leading and managing cross functional project teams, across multiple locations.
