Our fast-growing, dynamic international marketing team is seeking an innovative, passionate and energetic person to manage the inbound marketing effort and capture data-driven insights to support our rapid growth at Duck Creek Technologies.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this position will work closely with senior marketing and sales management teams to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. This successful candidate will conduct comprehensive data analysis, establish benchmarks and design a global infrastructure to articulate a clear vision of the business contributions made by marketing.

Inbound Digital Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Manage and continue innovating the marketing automation discipline to support global closed loop enablement and lead management with integrated reporting and analysis
Develop a methodology-led approach and structure around all inbound digital channels to provide insight into how each channel supports the top of our marketing funnel and customer journey
Work with senior marketing to measure and optimize web analytics for marketing effectiveness including behavioral and website optimization, database analytics, marketing attribution and ROI measurement and generate weekly KPI reports to ensure we’re on track
Optimize/maintain a global lead generation process in HubSpot and Salesforce that defines, scores and automates a lead nurturing and cultivation process
Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure tight alignment with HubSpot and Salesforce while identifying, tracking and maintaining all global data for lead generation and customer engagement
Create, execute and communicate a lead awareness and accountability program with sales to ensure follow-up on generated pipeline
Work closely with senior marketing, sales management and third party partners to identify data-driven activities that will have the most commercial impact on pipeline
Define, plan and manage the database marketing strategy including contact acquisition, data maintenance and data gap analysis to expand the Duck Creek marketing universe while providing insight into campaign synthesis
Manage the core capability of database operations and privacy (including global opt out regulation policies and procedures)
Support regional marketing managers in planning by analysis of existing customer and prospect databases and on-going customer profiling techniques at points where data is gathered
Define and select required vendors within RFP process guidelines and provide project management timelines and manage vendor functions to adhere to schedules
Manage vendor budgets and payment approvals

Required Skill:
Exceptional project management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong analytical skills and experience in performing ROI analysis and identifying tactics for constant improvement
Deep familiarity with the digital marketing life cycle and its importance in the awareness and consideration stages of the customer decision journey
A team player who is able to collaborate and influence peers
Diplomatic and effective communicator at all levels or organization

Experience:
Has a four-year degree (MBA preferred) with 2 to 4 years of B2B experience in a SAAS marketing environment with data-oriented responsibility
Knowledge of multiple marketing channel execution and best practices
Proficient and direct user experience with Salesforce preferred
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and processes (Hubspot preferred)
