Key objective:
Establish relationships with new customers while enhancing relationships with existing customers to provide a marketplace of opportunities for FSTAFF Drivers.
Position overview:
An FSTAFF Business Development Manager is an experienced, action-oriented contributor to the company’s growth and sales objectives by growing new and existing business relationships in specified markets/regions. This is a non-office position, and the Sales Associate will be executing a plan of in-person client meetings, call strategy, and market prospecting.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Expand existing relationships into the markets under management
- Cultivate relationships by visiting and communicating with existing relationships/clients.
- Conduct market analysis for new business opportunities
- Close and onboard new business, supported by app webinars
- Provide reports regarding client contacts and agreements
- Attending meetings with staff, customers, drivers, vendors as needed.
- Consult with legal and human resources as needed.
- Maintain quality service by adhering to organization standards.
- Collaborate with other members of the team as needed

Experience
- High School or GED with 5 years of work experience and 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in sales/business development, preferably within staffing.
- Have past proven success utilizing key digital platforms such as: Indeed, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Ability to analyze and leverage data to effectively execute sales strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and implement solutions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
