We are looking for a highly motivated SAP Security Architect to join the Basis Organization within IT, where you will work closely with the internal Business Analysts and IT teams on SAP transformation projects.

What you'll be doing:
Lead SAP Security Role design, SOX Compliance and Reporting on existing and new technologies.
Develop new roles, modification of existing roles, resolution of security-related issues, coordination with Business analyst and Role owners and documentation.
Proficiency in building Custom Rulesets (Rule Building).
Configure / Modify GRC Workflow to improve user experience.
Develop Reporting in GRC AC (Risk Analysis, EAM Logs, Mitigation Controls, etc).
Have hands-on experiences on ECC, CRM, APO, BW/HANA, Business Objects, Tableau, Solution manager and GRC systems.

Evangelize, architect, and implement new features:
Coordinate and drive Security Role development efforts across multiple teams.
Help define forward-looking improvements to the Security compliance & Controls.
Strong knowledge and experience configuring GRC AC Components (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM).
Demonstrated experience related to Security Role redesign and GRC.
Experience of working in large and multiple SAP systems environment.
Technical HANA Security: full life cycle, end-to-end experience in the design, architecting, implementation and fine-tuning of HANA Security (XS Classic & XSA Models).
Knowledge of the integration points between SAP HANA, S/4, XSA, and Fiori Apps and relevant security layers.
Experience implementing SSO using SAML, Kerberos, LDAP, ADFS or other mechanisms.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end architecture of an Enterprise SAP HANA implementation with a large SAP footprint and apps such as ECC, S/4, Enterprise Portal, BW, HANA, BI, BOBJ, SRM, BPC, PI/PO, CRM, FIORI, and associated infrastructure.
SAP HANA Security skills and experience with the design and build of security for SAP Native HANA Applications; exposure to HANA 2.0 multi-Tenant architecture specifically around granting Cross-Tenant access.
BW and HANA security integration and synchronization as well as SSO.
Create Users, Roles, Privileges, Packages, Schemas as part of SAP HANA Development.
Experience in setting up Analytical & SQL Privileges, Roles and Granting access.
Good knowledge of HANA XSA Lifecycle Management and CTS+ Integration.
Basic HANA modeling skills and knowledge of advanced tracing techniques for solving security problems.
Certification in SAP Basis and/or SAP Security preferred.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study.
Extensive experience of at least 8 plus years in SAP Security, SAP GRC with a minimum of 6+ years specialization on HANA and BW security operations.
Proven Security Implementation experience on SAP ECC, SRM, CRM and BW/HANA.
Expert in GRC mitigation controls and SOX compliance.

Demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
Design Solution to improve user experience.
Demonstrate working experience in a complex SAP landscape with a wide array of SAP modules to support.
Some familiarity with S/4.
