Winnie Couture is seeking a Bridal Sales Associate for our Houston Flagship location!

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating an atmosphere of warmth and joy for every bride-to-be and their entourage.
- Assist customers along their bridal journey, providing product recommendations and styling expertise to suit each bride-to-be.
- Meet and exceed both individual and store sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Engage in daily customer outreach to further build relationships with potential and current customers.
- Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal shows and promotions.
- Assist with inventory tasks, handling both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in bridal and luxury retail, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Available to work weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our clientele.
