Job Summary: To provide efficient and exemplary food and beverage service in a timely manner to all club members and guests. To always tend to all member wishes and needs in all dining areas with a pleasant and courteous attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
1. Daily - Perform all side work posted at beginning and ending of each work shift. Prepare service station with all items needed for shifts such as; prepare and supply coffee, iced tea/ lemonade, stock serving pots, serving utensils, and check presenters.
2. Daily - Prepare dining room for service, replenish silverware, glassware, china and linens needed for shift.
3. Daily Conduct a walk through of dining room and check that all tables are properly set and ready for shift.
4. Daily Sort and polish all silverware and stock for next shift.
5. Daily Present menus, answer member questions on menu items and make food and beverage suggestions.
6. Daily Write orders and input utilizing a computer, proper member food and beverage orders.
7. Daily Observe and respond to member wishes or needs through entire dining experience, report any issues complaints or compliments to the dining room manager.
8. Daily / Weekly Continually clean and maintain all service areas and equipment, report any unsafe or non working areas or equipment to a manager.
9. Daily / Weekly Maintain knowledge of proper food service and wine service.
10. Daily Arrange dining areas according to dining functions. Reposition furniture (tables, chairs etc.) in proper position.

5. Arrive to work on time and in a professional appearance; Dress appropriately according to uniform standards (name tag, clean and pressed uniform, long hair tied back etc.) and well groomed.
6. Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
7. Demonstrate record of good work attendance and reliability; regular and punctual in attendance.
8. Demonstrate flexibility in work habits and work schedule.
9. Use of time effectively; complete work in a timely manner.
10. Seek to improve self in knowledge and skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
