The Human Resources Coordinator is the single HR point of contact for new hire onboarding for the practice and also supports the HR department in any way necessary. The Human Resources Coordinator Acts as a liaison between new hires and all departments within the practice. Responsibilities include but not limited to: completing I-9 forms and E-Verifying all new employees, providing employment verifications as requested, and processing all documentation associated with employee separations. This position will also be responsible for issuing and reviewing all background and OIG checks, drafting promotion letters and completing promotion checklists, communicating effectively and professionally with all members of the practice, and performing research and ad hoc projects for the HR department.
At least 1 year of HR experience preferred
Superior organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to work Full Time
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Technical acumen and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Outstanding judgment, discretion and understanding of the need for confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize multiple critical deliverables with exceptional attention to detail while also meeting deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate ability to relate to individuals at all levels
Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, and ability to work well independently or within a team
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
