Position Summary:
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of our properties and services, communicates effectively with customers and team members.

Essential Functions:

  • Receives visitors to the company’s offices by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them as appropriate.
  • Answers and directs incoming calls via a multi-line system.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and assures that outgoing mail, parcels and packages are handled and distributed appropriately.
  • Weekly visits to strategic businesses to promote opportunities for storage unit rentals.
  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming calls and walk in customers.
  • Processes customer set up/changes/ cancellations according to policies and procedures.
  • Provides timely communications of service issues or customer concerns.
  • Responsible for accepting payments for walk in and phone in customers for storage and rental properties.
Clerical Duties –:
  • Filing

  • Sorts, prepares, scans and electronically files documents
