JOB BRIEF (PURPOSE):
The Surveillance Internship Program is intended to provide aspiring business professionals with a fulfilling and educational work experience that is designed to help Key achieve its business goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Evaluate and monitor the financial performance of income producing properties that secure loans serviced by Key.
Review and analyze operating statements. Note changes in income, expenses or other significant issues and refer to manager any significant observations.
Correspond with borrowers to receive required documentation as scheduled by the loan documents.
Order and review annual property inspections.
Assist Surveillance Analyst with watch list commentary.
Image financial statements, inspections, and other documents.
MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS:
Other duties as assigned
Coursework in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
3.2 or higher GPA
Has graduated or will graduate by May 2020
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership though extracurricular activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Hardware: PC, phone, fax, copier, 10-key calculator
Software: Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook
Classroom and on-the-job mentor training program
