As the Jr. Affiliate Account Manager, you will help manage existing affiliate relationships, meet agreed upon affiliate revenue/profit/chargeback goals, and help grow our affiliate channel.

What You’ll Get to Do

Support the Affiliate Account Manager in ongoing communication with an extensive number of existing publishers from all over the globe.
Manage the onboarding process for new affiliate partnerships, including placing and testing tracking pixels, and ensuring the right implementation of tracking links and creative assets.
Proactively review affiliate sites to ensure accurate links are posted, and working.
Ownership of the process of briefing and approving creative assets through the creative team.
Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports to analyze affiliate campaigns and associated metrics to ensure profitability.
Monitor and report on affiliate industry trends and competitors’ affiliate campaigns.
Assist and support on larger projects as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

1-2 years of experience with marketing and account management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Business Management or any other business related field OR adequate affiliate management experience in place of a formal education
Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms (Commission Junction, HasOffers, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Strong analytical capabilities in performance data and marketplace research
Experience developing ideas for creative assets
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with management and peers
