Role Responsibilities

People Management

Managing a team of Customer Success Directors.
Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Success officer.
Hire and onboard new Customer Success team member as region expands.
Coaching of team member and encourage an environment of constant learning, feedback and self-development to realize the full potential out of each individual team member.
Customer Focus & Success Methodology

Direct Involvement/relation with selected key accounts on top of existing success account owner.
Represent Regional Customer Success management with existing customers, participation in success reviews, recurring customer meetings where needed, act as point of escalation.
Guide the overall Customer Journey for all customers segments within the NA region following the Global Customer Success methodologies and adapt where needed to fit regional requirements.
Continuously review and refine the Customer Journey to ensure the Boomi Customer Success Program remains best in class both from customer and internal Boomi point of view.
Track operational effectiveness using metrics achieved in the Customer Success platform.
Leverage customer success platform datapoint, NPS and other surveys to understand the ‘Voice of the Customer’ and define corrective actions where applicable.
Regional Leadership & Cross Group Collaboration

Be a Go To person from Sales, Marketing, Product Mgmt./Engineering, Support and Professional Services teams for all things Boomi Success Assurance within the region and drive operational efficiencies and collaboration.
Lifelong desire to learn and implement industry best practices and focus on continuous improvement.
Be a strong internal advocate for our Customers.

Desirable Requirements

14+ years of relevant experience, requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill.
