Account Executive, Advertising Sales

As our business continues to grow, we are adding to our outside advertising sales team in Los Angeles. This position is for an early career selling professional looking to advance their professional sales skills. As an Account Executive, Advertising Sales you will be responsible for selling elevator and lobby network advertising inventory to assigned local / regional advertisers and advertising agencies in the Los Angeles market. Your goal is to meet your monthly revenue goals by selling out local inventory at minimum or above minimum pricing as determined by sales management. You will identify key accounts in the market, cold call prospects and utilize the impressive breadth of our marketing and research tools to close prospective deals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Selling our Los Angeles inventory to regional/local advertisers
  • Prospecting, developing and grow new and existing profitable client relationships
  • Heavy outreach including email, phone calls and site visits
  • Engage new advertisers by positioning our media as a unique media property
  • Sell through 4 week, 12 week, 26 week and 52 week packages at or above minimum thresholds
  • Meet & exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Assume campaign stewardship from proposal to invoice.
  • Continue to refine and hone your prospecting and closing skills


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience selling advertising in Los Angeles market
  • Familiarity with competitive local media in Los Angeles
  • Have demonstrated proficiency in business development strategies and outside sales tactics
  • Strong outbound sales disciplines, cold calling, written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Desire to work in a fun, progressive fast paced and growing industry with a Dynamic Team
