Horticultural Trucker + Installer (2021)

We are an art-based design company that works with our clients to provide the best custom floral, plant, holiday, and landscaping displays and services in order for all of our clients to strategically create a unique brand image for themselves and their teams. Our goal is to create the most efficient and deep relationship with all of our clients and that includes everyone who is a part of the sales process. However, a crucial position that we are looking to add talent for is our installation and trucking team, so we can provide the highest end designs for our clientele.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- AT LEAST 4+ years of prior experience with handling plants (Both Interior and Exterior plants, but the heavier emphasis on exterior)
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Service-Oriented individual
- Be able to lift and bend in order to move/carry heavier plants, and materials
- Ability to operate machinery (ie: hacksaw, lawnmower, hedge trimmers, etc...)
- Strong communication skills
- Being able to knowledgeably talk to clients about the plants they have
- Being able to recommend new plants and strategies to improve plant life and overall health of the plants
- Strong people skills
- Have to be able to develop close relationships with the clients
- Daily Check-Ins with the Routing Department to de-brief and discuss accounts serviced
- Call in any and all replacements that need to be made
- Communicate any and all messages from the client back to HC and the respective sales rep
- Must be able to work Full-Time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We have our office spaced out so all employees are 6ft apart and masks are required. Onsite, we follow our client's rules and regulations since every client is different. All employees must wear masks and wash hands before and after a client visit.
