Position Summary:
The Flight Attendant is administratively responsible to the Chief Pilot/Aviation Manager and operationally responsible to his/her Captain. The Flight Attendant assists the Captain, Copilot and passengers in all phases of the trip. He/she ascertains that the cabin, galley, lavatory and storage areas of the aircraft are in a safe and operational condition in compliance with all applicable regulations and limitations. He/she will maintain a comprehensive knowledge on cabin emergency equipment and procedures to provide maximum assistance to the passengers in the event of emergency or illness. He/she will maintain a thorough working knowledge of the use of cabin electronic aids, WIFI and comfort/convenience items. Duties include preparing the cabin on each flight, securing and ensuring the cabin is cleaned and properly restocked after each flight, conveying any discrepancies to the Captain and coordinating with the passengers and/or other crewmembers with catering and other requests. Ensure Passenger Profiles
are updated and understood to ensure appropriate catering is provided to all passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
Passenger safety - flight attendant is responsible for briefing the passengers on all emergency equipment, regulations and instructions to follow in the event of an emergency to ensure that our passengers are provided with the safest travel experience possible
Passenger comfort and cabin service - flight attendant is responsible for providing first class service to VIP passengers
Aircraft stock and readiness - flight attendant is responsible for ensuring that the aircraft is properly stocked, and that passenger convenience and comfort items are on-board and functional
Ancillary responsibilities - responsible for a portion of the ground duties that exist in support of the flight attendants' responsibilities during flight operations; these duties change in response to operational demands. These may include, but are not limited to - stock room inventory, passenger profile maintenance, emergency equipment inventory, etc.

Education:
College education is preferred
Driver's license
Hold a current passport with no international travel restrictions

Experience:
Five years of commercial/corporate aviation experience is preferred

Specialized Knowledge:
General knowledge of catering and food preparation
FSI or equivalent flight attendant training course must be successfully completed
All ancillary training must be successfully completed

Skills:
Must be able to work effectively as part of a team with a positive attitude

Other:
Must represent WarnerMedia and parent company AT&T in a professional manner
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential materials and information in an appropriate manner
Successfully complete flight attendant training course
Stamina to work long days
Must be willing to maintain on-call status as required
Maintain calm, courteous and respectful demeanor in all situations
International travel experience is preferred
Capable of lifting 80lbs.
