Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and delivery operating unit in the US and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

As the Unit Sales Manager (USM) you will be responsible for leading the operations and sales and distribution strategy for a regional distribution center. This broad leadership role encompasses sales, customer service, marketing equipment, warehouse operations and delivery. You will:
Maximize and improve sales volume and revenue in a defined geography
Effectively coach, develop and lead a team of 7 managers and 100+ frontline employees on selling, display execution, merchandising standards and delivery in a direct store delivery (DSD) distribution model
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer happiness and satisfaction by driving superior service and successful execution
Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and improve brand performance
Effectively lead overall warehouse operations through consistent product availability, warehouse productivity, inventory, asset preservation and cost reduction efforts
Motivate and energize employees to maintain a strong org environment with and inclusive culture and positive employee morale
Successfully handle a multi-million dollar P&L
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, MBA a plus
Consumer packaged goods industry experience
DSD distribution experience
A minimum of 5 years of frontline and management leadership experience
Proven computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able and willing to lift 40 lbs. periodically
Authorization to work in the United States
