Our team is growing and we are looking for an experienced, energetic Inside Sales B2B Sales Closer. You will be a key member of a growing team focused on the execution of innovative digital advertising campaigns that drive revenue. This role will be managing 8 - 15 Sales Openers.

- Propose customer solutions that meet the customer's marketing and advertising needs.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of PxP Media's services and pricing structure.
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
- Utilize the company's CRM on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
- Complete required Customer Service Agreements, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
- Regularly meet with Management Team to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- 1-2 years B2B Cold Calling Sales experience required
- Digital Media/Advertising experience preferred
- Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of clients.
- Experience in building and growing relationships
- Motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who can consistently strive to exceed expectations
- Excellent problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Use data to effectively tell a clear story
