Clinical Supervisor/psychotherapist (Split Position)
Interborough is seeking Supervisor/psychotherapist for a split position at one of our clinics in Brooklyn, New York.
The job description of a clinical supervisor calls for a focus on ensuring that patients are receiving the highest quality of services possible and to oversees the work of less experienced clinical staff members, mentors them and helps them hone their skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW-REQUIRED
- Have experience in a NYS Article 31 clinic
- Have excellent communication skills, and
- Be able to address clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans as well as issues related to engagement and discharge;
- Experience working with children
- Problem Solving, Creativity
- Is organized, reliable, and punctual
- Computer skills- Knowledge of Electronic Health Record –A PLUS
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, oral, and writing skills
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
- Helps ensure that the clinical staff maintains a high level of ethical and professional standards
- Counsels and trains newly hired clinical staff.
- Consults with and supports clinical staff in the efforts to serve patients.
- Ensures that all clinical staff is accurately notating patients’ electronic health records.

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- NYS Licensed in good standing

SALARY RANGE: $95,000-110,000 (Based on experience and licensure.
