Service Technician Compensation and Benefits:

Service Technician Requirements:
- Previous experience as an auto technician in a dealership setting.
- Proficiency in operating shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and AC equipment.
- Experience working on Volkswagens or other import brands preferred.
- Dedication to learning and career progression.
- Strong desire to succeed and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Valid driver’s license.
