St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Manager, CoE to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide operational support across multiple settings and operating units in support of SLHS mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Lead an expanding team of people that deliver on the Community Connect program strategic objective
Ability to engage with Community Connect Team, IHT Teams, independent physicians and their practice administrators
Leading meetings, written communication and strong presentation skills
Ability to escalate risks to Sr. Director in a timely manner
Interact with all levels within the organization along with internal customers and stakeholders to influence decisions and identify/resolve critical issues
Accountable for successful Community Connect implementations on time, under budget
Responsible to develop relationships with existing Community Connect clinics
Ability to travel across health system
Lead and manage complex projects and implementations
Responsible for monthly metrics that support executive dashboard
Provide overall direction to Community Connect professionals, including daily huddles, coaching, evaluations and professional development
Lead weekly meetings to ensure implementation success and ongoing customer satisfaction. Requires partnership with other SLHS departments and teams
Apply comprehensive level of Epic knowledge within professional discipline and integrates this knowledge with multiple additonal disciplines
Active participation in annual goal setting and budget performance with Sr. Director, Office of Provider Relations
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
6 years’ relevant experience.
Strongly prefer Epic centification in Ambulatory, Cadence/Prelude, Willow and/or Revenue Cycle
