About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to lead the people team during an exciting period of growth for the company. As VP of People reporting to the CEO, you will be a key leader responsible for developing a robust employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Recruiting and Talent Acquisition: In partnership with Samasource hiring managers, run our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
People Operations: Own all people operations processes including onboarding, performance review cycles; equity approvals, compensation reviews and planning; benefits administration; legal and regulatory compliance as it relates to employment in all global locations. As well as ensure we scale and evolve our processes in alignment with the growth of Samasource.
Talent Management: to include performance management, global career paths as well as learning and development programs that inspire, motivate and foster a high performance and innovative culture at scale while customizing it to each region.
Communications: Ownership of employee communications including company all hands and quarterly events to ensure alignment on corporate and impact goals.
Masters in Human Resources and/or Organization Development.
5 – 10 years of hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and HR functions.
Self-directed leader who takes ownership and is excited to bring the people team functions to scale across the globe.
Highly ethical with unquestioned integrity - have the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address sensitive HR and business issues with complete discretion and confidentiality.
Trusted advisor to the CEO and extended leadership team.
Natural coach and mentor.
Excellent communicator with individuals at all levels of the organization, across global regions.

Able to travel ~20%.
