The Marketing Systems Administrator will support the health and efficiency of Marketing Operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the quality and completeness of CRM and Marketing Automation data; will work cross-departments to support the marketing campaign execution, and will maintain underlying data for customer lifecycle metrics. This position will be a dual role between a Marketing Systems Administrator and Facilities Administrator with a strong emphasis on database management and will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
This position will work in the Atlanta, Georgia office.
Function as the direct administrator of our marketing and sales automation platform (HubSpot).
Coordinate with content marketers, sales reps and business developers to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation to maximize engagement.
Monitor contact Systems hygiene, performing ongoing data cleansing to maintain the health and accuracy of our prospect and lead Systems.
Create and manage email marketing schedule for all lines of business.
Maintain and curate existing and new email lists.
Ensure data from our CRM and marketing automation platform can be easily shared and analyzed.
Ensure timely creation and categorizing of both automated and manual lead list imports through HubSpot.
Build new and maintain existing marketing reports.
Administer and coordinate the promotion and sale of company parts and products.
Manage, track, ship and reconcile swag and collateral.
Support marketing day-to-day operations including media campaigns, promotions and projects.
Research, maintain and report on marketing data to aid management in determining marketing direction.
Assist in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence and presentation materials and reports.
Arrange and coordinate special events, projects and mailings.
Maintain customer reference and stat lists and DiscoverOrg and Sales Navigator licenses.
Purchasing Office and Marketing Supplies.
Point of contact for all activities/events at our Atlanta, GA location.
Open/Close office according to posted hours of operations.
QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Formal Education and Certification
Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and Experience
2+ years marketing and sales operations with administration experience in a professional services organization
2+ years of experience with the following technologies preferred:
Other CRM Software
Confidence and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization and people across multiple departments
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be detail oriented and highly organized. Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
