Summary:
The primary role is to provide automation and analytics solutions supporting the Finance Operations, Master Data and Vendor Payments organizations. This role will include reporting from Vistex, SAP, SalesForce.com and usage of Tableau and Robotic Process Automation solutions. Responsibilities will also include documenting and analyzing business requirements for development of automation and analytics solutions. Other responsibilities include:

Support delivery of automation solutions, reporting, dashboard, ad hoc and analytics requests
Demonstrate good judgment and analytical skills
Communicate accurate and timely status of requests, issues, risks and scope changes
Raise process/solution improvement ideas
Develop technical specification documentation
Capture, document and communicate best practices with other MFC technical resources
Learn new technical skills quickly and apply them to meet deadlines
Analyze, investigate, identify and locate required data for reporting and analytics
Perform analysis to support reporting results
Flexibility with schedule to meet deadlines
Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to additional ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation solutions based on business requirements
Design and develop reporting solutions based on business requirements
Design and develop analytics solutions
Creation of presentations to provide feedback to business
Perform ad hoc reporting as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
3+ years data management experience and 1+ years of management experience

Critical Skills

5 years related professional experience
Expertise in utilization of Automation Anywhere or other Robotic Process Automation solutions
Expertise in data analysis and building SAP/Vistex reports using Business Objects, BW, HANA, etc.
Expertise in dashboard development using Tableau
Expertise in MS SQL Server including ability to write SQL Queries
Exposure to SalesForce.com, Vistex and SAP reporting
Advanced knowledge in MS Access & Excel
Good communication skills to effectively understand and document requirements and solutions for business needs
Can manage multiple projects at same time and shift priority as needed with “can do” spirit and adapts well to changes
Ability to meet multiple deadlines and balance competing priorities

Additional Skills & Knowledge

General business operations knowledge
Understanding of database architecture
Can build dashboard using other visualization tools such as Tableau
Strong team player with commitment to excellence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

Education
Advanced degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
