This position is based out of our Worldwide Sales and Service Center (WSSC) in Phoenix, AZ.
**Our offices are located just off the 17 freeway at Dunlap Avenue on 25th Avenue**
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: Applicants must be available to work between the hours of 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM M-F.
(Please note that these hours are subject to change during Daylight Saving Time, and will reflect either Pacific Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time)
The Operations Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring that the teams achieve goals and performance expectations to convert opportunities into move-ins while serving as backup in the Reservation Specialist III role for accounts. The role must promote Oakwood as the leader in the corporate housing industry by coaching and developing Associates.
Responsibilities include the following:
Supervise daily operations of team to ensure goals, operating strategies, and objectives are met
Provide day-to-day support to team related to procedural questions and customer escalations to ensure service standards
Motivate, coach, and mentor associates to assure consistent demonstration of service excellence to both internal and external customers
Complete regular call evaluations and system assessments
Develop strategies to identify and measure against training and process compliance
Recommend and implement updates to policies, procedures, and templates
Assist Manager with creating meeting agendas, facilitating team calls, and identifying successes and opportunities
Manage attendance, scheduling, tracking, and preparing of account coverage model
Manage and assist in the fulfillment of assigned accounts and account maintenance
Perform special projects and related duties as assigned
Ability to interact and influence in an engaging manner, creating a positive environment
Ability to make decisions and lead by example; demonstrated leadership
Ability to adapt to an ever changing, high energy, high volume environment
Exceptional organization, interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
3+ years lead or supervisor experience in a sales, insurance, and service call center environment
7+ years sales, insurance, and customer service experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with call monitoring systems
Experience presenting to internal and external clients
Intermediate with Microsoft Word and strong Excel desired
