Digital Product Managers facilitate the evolution and implementation of the digital experience for USAA members. Collaborates with Product Management teams and business stakeholders to tackle complex and challenging problems in the line of business to optimize the Members digital experience, developing and delivering innovative offerings to market. Designs and drives implementation of multi-platform digital solutions. Optimizes existing experiences across dotcom, mobile and emerging platforms to drive KPIs. Employs a user centered design methodology/design thinking to bring world-class digital experiences to market across multiple touch points.

Job Requirements Tasks:

With direction/oversight leverages technical and market research to support senior team members.

Gathers information, analyzes data trends and synthesizes data to support the team.

Under guidance prepares supporting data and materials for compelling presentations to inform and influence key stakeholders.

Under guidance, meets with marketing and other stakeholders to determine effective strategies for achieving key digital goals.

Acquires, maintains and applies developing knowledge of the business, its products and processes, and an academic understanding of Product Management.

Minimum Education:

Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree at an accredited University in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Human Centered Design, or a related field required.

Minimum Experience:

Up to 2 years of relevant business experience.

Demonstrated foundational knowledge of digital products and emerging technology platforms, applications and standards.

Foundational knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.

Foundational knowledge of Project Management/agile scrum process and agile product owner role.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of Technology Product Management

Knowledge of Agile Methodologies

Currently pursuing Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Human Centered Design, or a related field required.
