As an integral part of the consumer marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will provide direct support of the circulation audience through planning, development and analysis of all renewal, billing and gift subscription campaigns, with the goal of increasing the overall audience for all magazines. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow your subscription marketing skills for Outdoor Sportsman Group’s well-known outdoor market magazines; such as, Petersen’s Hunting, North American Whitetail, In-Fisherman, Guns & Ammo, and Game & Fish.
Assist manager in the implementation of retention, payment and gift marketing efforts, using mail, email and other direct marketing materials.
Update and analyze marketing campaign reports using Excel and proprietary marketing reporting tools to gain insight into customer response and profitability.
Maintain campaign mail schedules.
Inventory management - includes stock ordering, updating sample books, managing and filing samples, coordinating with vendors and in-house production.
Assist manager with annual budgeting.
Track monthly renewal, bills and gift expenses.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate-Advanced).
College degree preferred.
1– 3 years’ experience.
Strong analytical and written skills.
