The Director of Operations Training is responsible for teaching and training employees and ensuring that they stay competent and skilled for their jobs. This position will design and oversee all learning and development programs for administrative and managerial staff. The Director of Operations Training will have responsibilities that include identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses and managing the training budget. To be successful in this role, this individual should have solid experience organizing trainings, overseeing a group of regional trainers and designing the leadership and management curriculum.
