The Project Manager will be responsible for day to day operations for asphalt paving, milling, and preparation on commercial, industrial and municipal projects.
Duties include:
Manage daily operations of jobs and crews
Manage and coordinate trucking and equipment delivery with dispatch
Manage material orders
Field verification of conditions and quantities
Ensure safety and quality standards are met
Perform 311 notifications
Maintain personal relationship with clients
Attend weekly department and job cost meetings
Recommend and propose technical solutions
Requirements: Minimum three years in asphalt paving management at PM or Superintendent level.
