REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS

A Loop architecture firm with an exciting higher education and office portfolio of work seeks a reliable, creative, and committed architect with a strong approach to project organization and the following skills and credentials:

Professional degree in architecture
AutoCAD & Revit expertise in Design and Construction Documents
Licensed in Illinois or NCARB; LEED AP a plus
Ability to lead higher education and office projects and to interact with clients
Experience with client and subconsultant communication and contracts
Success in fostering client relationships
Skilled in oral and written communications
Demonstrable success in a team environment
Commitment to mentor young professional staff
Demonstrable design skill
Knowledge of building codes and accessibility requirements
Ability to develop budgets & schedules and to maintain them on projects
Accountability for project profitability
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience; greater experience desirable
