Work directly with Investment Management Intermediary Sales team:
Data entry/maintenance of Contact Management System (includes Review/Enter/Label conference attendees in CRM system).
Assist manager with team/channel reporting and administrative support for tracking of performance objectives/metrics and goal attainment.
Participate in team meetings/calls, product training, IM Lunch and Learns to gain understanding of the business.
Assist Business Development team with conference coordination and meeting prep.
Job shadow Internal Sales to understand the external and internal sales role.
Segmentation reviews on all A-B-C-T clients. Prepare report and discuss with respective teams to ensure accurate client targeting.
Build power point presentations for meeting preparation & follow up for field teams as well as business development teams.
Research industry websites for ideas on best advisor resources.
Coordinate materials/biographies/decks for PWA Perspectives panel webcasts between marketing, sales and compliance.
Review Client Portfolio Manager travel calendar for potential meeting opportunities.
Coordinate special projects as they materialize for the Intermediary Distribution Group.
Assist with projects and support team members when needed.

Experience and Skill Requirements:
Actively pursuing undergraduate degree
Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,etc.)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
All of these activities will provide knowledge and understanding of the distribution efforts of a financial services company. Intern will experience Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Business Planning, Legal/Compliance and Operational aspects of the business.
