Deer River Clinic
Responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational management of the Deer River / Grand Rapids Campus. This includes the hospital, clinics and nursing home. The scope of responsibilities include providing leadership and oversight of the day to day operations, ancillary and professional services, preprogram development, care delivery models, provider recruitment, development of organization/management structure, staffing, development of operating budgets and cost management strategies, and facility design and utilization. In addition, this position will participate as a member of the East Regional Operations Team in strategic planning, capital budget development, new business development, human resource and labor relations strategy and policy, system performance improvement, facility design and utilization, and physician staff planning. Coordinating with other system leaders whose responsibilities include medical practices, corporate shared services, campus-wide and system-wide consolidated services. Will lead the organization in the community, and actively participate and partner with civic and community organizations
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
o 7-10 years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably involving inpatient and outpatient services in a rural health care setting.
o Must have demonstrated competencies in leadership, communications, operations and achieving results.
Bachelors d egree in business/health related field, Master's Degree preferred.
Post-acute care including nursing home, home care and senior housing
