Provides executive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Business Office and the following departments under its direction: Corporate Strategy; Business Development; IT; Corporate Affairs; Digital Services and Innovation and Patient Experience.
Maintains and manages calendar, prioritizing meetings for efficiency, screens calls, and receives visitors.
Prepares expense reports.
Coordinates all department travel arrangements, including travel for attendance at investor and business development conferences.
Prepares meeting plans, itineraries, and compiles documents for external meetings.
Organizes and maintains filing of confidential and corporate contract documentation.
Composes letters from outlines, notes, verbal instructions, or on own initiative from knowledge of circumstances or of company policy.
Provides administrative support to Chief Business Officer for the preparation and timely board meeting materials to the Board of Directors.
Provides Front Desk backup/break support as part of rotational schedule and maintains the monthly front desk rotation calendar.
Must possess High School diploma and at least 7 years of administrative experience supporting senior level management.
Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certifications in business, computers, or office management highly desired.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Organized, detail oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well will all levels of internal management.
