The role of CSR will involve the following main duties:
- Creating a positive and exciting atmosphere at events to attract new customers
- Engaging with our clients existing and future customers in conversation about the client
- Answering customer questions, addressing customer concerns, and occasionally handling customer complaints
- Carrying out basic sales transactions for customers that express an interest in the product or service
- Collecting customer details and logging new customer information
- Researching our clients to gain a better understanding of how you can promote their brand
