Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction by providing timely and professional support. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

This is a full-time position, equipment is provided.
