Premium International Company in Hilliard looking for a Brazil Customer Interaction Center Specialists to start ASAP!
Handle and document all customer contacts regarding their Financial Services account(s) within established service levels. Address questions, concerns, and issues related to contract obligations, payments, invoice, vehicle registration, tickets, property and sales tax, payoff, early termination, assumption, mileage adjustment, due date change, fee waiver requests, refunds, etc. Increase customer retention and support sales by directing customer feedback to the dealer. Requires knowledge of auto retail and lease programs.
1 yr experience in a Premium Customer Experience organization (preferably within the automotive industry)
Call Center Experience Preferred
Bi-lingual in English and Portuguese languages
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Must have Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. availability
Friday's must have 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. availability
