We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records
- Assist customers with product inquiries and issue resolution
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot issues
- Provide support to the office staff as needed
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $27,000.00 per year
