J.L. Moore is a Commercial General Contracting and Design-Build firm, located in Strongsville, Ohio, that has completed projects across the region for some of the nation’s most recognizable companies. We are currently seeking another outstanding Project Manager to join our team. This is a new position created due to growth with existing and new clients.
As Project Manager you will manage diverse projects including renovations, tenant build-outs, and ground-up construction. Industries we currently serve include restaurant, retail, fuel/service, healthcare, churches, light industrial, commercial office, and public projects.
The successful candidate will be driven to succeed on every project they manage, regardless of its challenges or complexity. This person will be a self-starter, strong problem solver, and someone who does not like or need to be micromanaged. They will have the necessary level of detail and follow through required to thrive in a fast paced, results focused environment. A great communicator, this individual will have ultimate responsibility for project success, and be the main contact with our clients for all assigned projects.
We are looking for someone who can step right in and take ownership of projects. For this reason, experience managing commercial construction projects is a must. Experience with Procore is desired, but not required.
