The successful candidate will manage the team responsible for core infrastructure and enterprise services for Fresno Unified affecting 110+ sites, 9,000+ employees, 72,000+ students, and 70,000+ computers. The core infrastructure includes 500+ virtual machines, hosts on Cisco Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) environment running HyperV 2019, and Windows Server OSs containing apps like N-Tier ERPs, WFEs, domain controllers, etc. The enterprise services include Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Azure, DCs, SCCM, etc. Other critical aspects of this team’s domain include management of cybersecurity platforms and services including Microsoft EOP, ATP, ATA; Cisco Firepower, Nexus Switches, Cisco CUCM, Cisco Umbrella; Rapid7 IDR SEIM, Nessus, etc. The candidate must be familiar technologies and practices related to multi-cloud, hybrid-cloud, data protection, cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity (DR/BC), etc.

The successful candidate will leverage the collective strengths of the team responsible for core infrastructure and enterprise services; will collaborate with the team on growth of the members’ capacity; will collaborate with the team and their supervisor on the prioritization of work across operations, services and initiatives; and will collaborate with team members to make decisions regarding architecture, configuration, and projects where necessary.

Preferred:
Experience managing enterprises with 25,000+ devices, 250+ hosts
Strong knowledge of Office 365
Strong knowledge of managing enterprise services throughout their life cycle
Ability to travel to school and districts sites (20%)
Strong knowledge of hybrid multi-cloud architectures & HCI
