*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and talented Music Minister to join our team. The Music Minister will be responsible for leading the music ministry, enhancing worship services, and fostering a spirit of praise and worship within the congregation. *Responsibilities* - Select and prepare music for all worship services and special events - Lead rehearsals for choir, musicians, and other music ministry participants - Coordinate with the clergy to ensure music selections align with the theme of services - Educate and mentor choir members and musicians to enhance their skills - Communicate effectively with the congregation to encourage participation in worship through music - Oversee the maintenance of musical instruments and equipment used in worship services *Requirements* - Strong musical background with proficiency in playing at least one instrument - Experience leading a choir or music group - Ability to educate, mentor, and lead others in musical performances - Excellent communication skills to engage with the congregation effectively - Leadership qualities to guide the music ministry team towards a shared vision
