Crucially, their remit goes beyond the customer value proposition to making sure product development is informed by customer insights.
Your challenge: develop compelling stories about business value of VxRail as a foundation for hybrid cloud, then create and deliver content that speaks to both customer and sales audiences.
Own VxRail marketing plan for VMware Cloud Foundation on VxRail, VVD on VxRail, and other hybrid cloud related offers, leading messaging and positioning in collaboration with and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders internally (product management, technical marketing, Dell Tech Cloud team, ie) and externally (VMware, ie)
Representing marketing in new product introduction and sustaining cross-functional core teams throughout lifecycle - identifying marketing impacts, risks, and mitigation plans accordingly
Teaming with technical marketing on feature release messaging, GTM plan, launch and event support
Create killer content from high-level executive keynote presentations to videos to web pages to solution overviews and everything in between
Participate in product launches to develop product and hero collateral and sales tools and provide general support of the launch plan
Pull metrics and results on content consumption campaigns and analyze to recommend mid-flight corrections and well as improve subsequent campaigns
Present to both large audiences and in one-on-one briefings for sales, partner, and customer audiences
Strong writing skills – you are able to tell an impactful story and build a comprehensive messaging map around it
Technical Acumen – you embrace technology and love bridging technology to business
Self-starter – you are a problem solver with ability to build strong relationship that foster collaboration both internally and externally
Positivity – You have a positive attitude, work hard, and have a sense of humor, and are confident yet humble enough to constantly want to learn and improve
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the aptitude to grasp new programs quickly
Willing and able to travel for event support when needed
Minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Engineering and/or other related degrees with over 10 years in marketing with a track record of awesome performance

You can build killer content and not only enjoy writing and speaking, but you do it well.
You are just as excited to create killer content as you are analyzing its success and identifying areas for improvement
You also enjoy developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing content consumption
You have a background in cloud and/or IT infrastructure/virtualization technologies
