Overview
HealthTech Arkansas ("HTA") drives innovation within healthcare provider organizations – hospitals, health systems and physician practices. It currently conducts a cardiovascular-focused accelerator and administers an early-stage investment fund that recruits worldwide for the most accomplished startups in the areas of digital health, medical devices and diagnostic tools. Companies accepted into the program are guaranteed at least two pilot projects or clinical trials with leading cardiology practices in Arkansas and around the country. And because HTA is the only program in the U.S. to guarantee provider engagement, the quality of the accelerator cohort is second to no other program in the country.
Additionally, HTA provides entrepreneurial support for Arkansas residents and early-stage companies innovating in the healthcare space, and also leads internal programming with Arkansas healthcare providers to help those organizations develop their own innovations conceived by clinicians and administrators.
