## Job Summary
As an Associate Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the design team in creating innovative and trend-setting fashion pieces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge designs in the fashion industry.
## Duties
- Collaborate with the design team to create sketches and technical drawings using CAD software
- Assist in the development of fashion collections from concept to completion
- Execute design ideas by utilizing Adobe Illustrator and other design tools
- Apply color theory principles to create visually appealing designs
- Support garment construction processes and liaise with production teams
- Participate in fashion styling for presentations
## Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in girl's sportswear budget market.
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for design purposes
- Knowledge of garment construction techniques
- Understanding of color theory principles in fashion design
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in fashion retail or related industry
- Passion for fashion design and staying updated on industry trends
