Senior Systems Engineer will be considered as one of the Senior Technical Leads across the organization. We are looking for someone who can provide vision, thought leadership, be innovative, and work in a fast-based environment. This ideal candidate must like to tackle challenges and tough problems by developing solutions and providing technical leadership to our Customers, Mission Partners, and Technical Engineers on both current and future opportunities.

We are looking for talented technical leadership to join our journey as we transform and grow to support our Customers and Missions Partners needs across a series of cyber domains and capabilities using leading-edge technologies. Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Strong teaming skills to work with other cyber disciplines to include critical infrastructure (ICS/SCADA), reverse engineering, embedded development, embedded emulation, vulnerability analysis, CNO development, network protocol analysis, intelligence analysis, software development, systems architecture, and system infrastructure
  • Experience in researching and using various technical standards as well as cyber capabilities
  • Strong technical writing skills to articulate requirements to engineers and articulate engineering at a high-level to customers and leadership and provide technical writing skills support to proposals and white papers
  • Experience managing Agile Development teams (Atlassian)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented
  • 12+ years of practical or academic systems engineering experience
  • Experienced in leading teams of engineers on complex projects
  • Experienced in risk identification/analysis, establishment of quality control/monitoring, estimating efforts of similar scope/complexity, establishing and maintaining test plans/procedures, defining coding standards and quality metrics
  • Experienced in supporting prioritization of requirements, tracking and reporting progress, and preparing and presenting reports and status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiar with Joint Travel Regulations and Government procurement regulations
  • B.S or higher in a technical, sciences, discipline preferred (not required as long as experience compensates for degree and is relevant)

Must be a U.S Citizen and able to obtain a Government Security Clearance
