POSITION OVERVIEW: Individual will provide support to the Revenue Assurance Analyst as well as the Director of Revenue Assurance and will be responsible for managing day-to-day AP requirements via Doclink/Smart Client in addition to special clean-up/audit projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with management of Revenue Assurance Analysts daily AP Workflow que in doc-link with the objective of completely all new items in que daily. Duties include researching and updating information in Rev.io as well as flagging information for dispute.

Assist with the collection of requirements, completion, submission and follow-up communication for Tax Exempt Forms. Track and document submissions.

On a daily basis work on the AP back-log to ensure that records in Rev.io have been appropriately updated i.e. circuit ID’s, costs, etc.

Identify and document processes and/or areas for improvement i.e. upfront data validation, etc.

Assist with audits/other data clean-up associated the following reports/queries:

o Unmapped vs Mapped Report

o Lines Missing in Rev.io

o One-Time Charges/Dispatch Report

o Smartel Feature Report

o Smartel Line Report

o Casual Usage, etc.

EXPERIENCE/DESIRED SKILLS

Strong spreadsheet and database knowledge is essential; must have the ability to develop and generate meaningful reports. Excellence in MS Excel is required

Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in software applications i.e. Rev.io, Smart Client, Profitability Tool, etc.

Ability to successfully manage daily production and an entire project cycle against time and objectives while keeping management informed of progress.

Previous experience in cost/revenue management is a plus, but not required.

Ability to read and understand telecom invoices is also desired, but not required.

Experience with completing detailed analysis on large data sets/sources and report findings/results to management while tracking vendor performance metrics and internal objectives.

Candidate should have the ability to analyze an issue/problem and supply possible solutions.
