A strong base knowledge of cooking fundamentals is necessary. Good knife skills are important. The ability to work, Stand and move vigorously for extended hours in a variety of settings - Inside, outdoors - in and out of vans and trucks is a must. The ability to lift 35 pounds safely and easily is also a must. A love and knowledge for a broad variety of cuisines and foods is extremely important. Creativity and a positive attitude are also crucial.
You will be given a one week paid culinary evaluation of your skills, abilities and attitude before empployment is offered.
