Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Everise, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Utilize phone etiquette and active listening to understand customer needs
- Upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or sales purposes
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Strong proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Hard-wired Broadband Internet Service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
· The use of wireless connections to access Everise Work at Home systems at any time is prohibited, even if the connection is encrypted.
· Additionally, Satellite, Microwave and Cellular Hotspot Internet Services are not permitted.
Headset
· You must supply your own headset. Specific models will be shared during the interview process.
