Duties and Responsibilities

Receive visitors, handle incoming calls, process the daily mail and incoming deliveries. Maintain the appropriate level of office/breakroom supplies. Coordinate lunches and events for the local office.
Prepare and deliver A/R client invoices based on the completion of contracted work and/or delivery of products. Ensure invoicing aligns with the contracts on file.
Prepare and report revenue recognition based on the client contracts.
Process expense reports for employee reimbursement.
Prepare sales and operational metrics based on data provided.
Assist in the formatting of customer reports including incorporation of customer comments and general proofreading.
Efficiently process all A/P invoices in a timely manner and ensure accurate billing by the vendors.
Manage vendor expectations regarding payments to maximize cash flow while having no impact on operations.
Keep the paid invoice files neat and organized. File paid invoices with appropriate backup in a timely manner.
Qualifications

3-4 years relevant accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
College degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to exercise standards of professionalism, including appearance, presentation and demeanor
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple processes and manage deadlines
Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Other duties include performing data mining and record keeping
Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, Adobe and Power Point skills
Sales Force or similar client activity software experience
Revenue recognition experience preferred
Sage X3 experience a plus
