Fire Technician
We are currently in search of an experienced, licensed, and qualified fire alarm technician. A valid Fire Alarm Journeyman license in Rhode Island is a prerequisite for this position.

The responsibilities associated with this role comprise servicing and inspecting fire alarm systems, conducting emergency troubleshooting, and performing necessary repairs.
- The ability to independently service, program, test, inspect and troubleshoot basic and complex fire alarm systems following NFPA code standards.
- Complete and upload all required inspection forms on a timely basis.
- Commitment to respond and carry out to completion any troubleshooting and repairs on assigned customer systems
- Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
- Follow our FSU (Field Service Unit) and Sonitrol Service Standards.
- Document Notes of all customer interactions in Sedona as per our standard
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting our customers through effectively servicing and inspecting their systems.
- Attend and complete company training programs as required.
- Be available for on-call rotation once training is completed.
- Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and descriptions.
- Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean, orderly, and professional vehicle.
- Perform work assignments in a safe manner, adhering to all safety standards.
- Perform other assigned duties as may be required from time to time.
- Understand our EOS Operating Principles and make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
To Qualify:
- Hold BF License or hold a B License
- Two years of experience
