This healthcare company is backed by a Private Equity firm, rapidly growing and looking for a Payroll Administrator to come on board this exciting time in the company and its growth!
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Associates degree or higher from an accredited university/college
- Experience processing high volume payroll of 300+ employees
- Proficient with payroll software
- Experience with Excel
- Process employee payrolls across multiple divisions and cycles
- Responsible for implementation of any new pay platform
- Reconciliation of tax accounts.
- Create reports and analyses of payroll to assist with questions from CFO, Controller, finance, auditors, management and other departments.
- Review the computation of pay and ensures the company payroll policies are in accordance with the government regulations.
- Assist HR to respond to and resolve any inquiries regarding paychecks.
- Document and maintain payroll processing procedures.
- Set up wage garnishments and child support payments; process and complete necessary paperwork.
- Administer 401(k) deferrals and loans, perform compliance testing and preparation for annual audit.
- Perform year-end payroll activities, including final adjustment runs and W-2 form administration.
