Tukwila Accounting Firm is seeking a permanent, part-time receptionist/administrative assistant.
The individual in this role must be welcoming, professional, reliable, punctual, organized and demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a very busy office. This role requires a positive customer service attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone voice and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook). The individual in this role must be a team player, be flexible with working hours.
The responsibilities of this job include, greeting and helping customers, answering a multiple line phone system, scheduling appointments, processing tax returns and administrative support for the accountants and other accounting staff.
The Education and Skills required for this position is a minimum of a High School Diploma, one year reception/administrative experience, strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
