Financial Services Company is looking for a Business to Business Sales Representative to work the Greater Los Angeles territory!
If you enjoy a fast paced sales environment where our focus is on strategizing on helping our clients and prospects succeed, all with the Entrepreneurial Spirit at play, then this position is the right fit for you! We are nimble and move fast. If our clients win, we win. And we like to win at!
You will be primarily focused on selling to small & mid size companies that have employees in a specified market eligible for tax incentives. Task yourself with growing your business through direct selling and networking through your personal channel and established partnerships. This position needs a Sales Hunter Mentality.
Exceed sales plan and revenue targets
Daily focus on 3 core principles:
Build your pipeline
Manage your deals in process, and close business
Continue to grow your domain knowledge
Execute a selling strategy that takes competitive and market conditions into your approach.
Flexibility to spend time in the territory in person is a must.
Collaborate with internal partners engaged in your sales process and strategy
Work closely with our service team & your new clients to ensure a successful and profitable relationship
Leverage the tools provided to manage the business
Engage with third party partners and external events as needed
Ability to sell remote and on-site
Find new accounts and networking opportunities to grow your business
Adhere to the sales policy and operate with a high degree of ethics
Experience For Success:
3+ years B2B outside sales, with a track record of success
Technical skills to manage your business, presentations, and day to day operations
Selling, networking or business experience in the tax incentive business is a pluss
